This is a one-story brick building in the Commercial style, constructed in 1922. It has no decorative work with the exception of inwardly and outwardly stepped brickwork on the parapet wall, which forms a recessed brick panel. The roof line is flat with brick edging.
The storefront has been faced with small ceramic tile. The single-door entry is recessed on the left side, with a tile floor and tile kickplates beneath the windows. There is a sidelight and overlight at the entrance, with four display windows east of the doorway. An angled cloth awning covers the storefront area. The original transom windows have been covered with stucco.
This building is occupied as an attorney's office and is Item 53 on the District nomination.
