This is a two-story painted brick building in the Commercial style, constructed in 1927, and remodeled in 2001. It is currently home to Star-Tek, a Denver-based company. This is an inbound call center, providing customer service and technical support services.

The second floor has ten double-windows which have been remodeled to metal-framed fixed multi-paned units. Between each double set is a brick pilaster, some with decorative brick and terra cotta panels. Between the first and second floors is a belt course with six diamond tiles. The window sills are formed with a belt course of decorative trim, molding and ledges. Above the windows is a row of soldier bricks.

There is a stepped parapet wall, divided into five bays, with stone coping. Four diamond tiles decorate four of the bays, with the center having a panel reading "Star-Tek."

The storefront has five bays, with the center bay containing a recessed entry with double aluminum and glass doors, which have overlights and sidelights. Three narrow, framed display windows flank this entrance. Each of the other four bays has large display windows, which are framed with 3-over-6 panes. The storefront has been stucco-covered. The original transom windows are extant, but are covered. An angled cloth awning runs the full width of the building.

This building is Item 52 on the District nomination.
