This station, a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Harrisville, NH. Both the NHDOT and NGS datasheet descriptions are ancient (1935). The NHDOT description is as follows:

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN HARRISVILLE.TO REACH THE MARK FROM THE RAILROAD STATION AT HARRISVILLE, GO EAST FOR 3.1 MI (5.0 KM) ON THE BOSTON AND MAINE RAILROAD TRACKS TO THE MARK.THE STATION IS A STANDARD USCGS DISK STAMPED--D 12 1935--, SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 0.7 FT (21.3 CM) ABOVE THE GROUND, AND AT A ROAD CROSSING. 60.0 FT (18.3 M) NORTHEAST FROM THE RAILROAD STATION AT EASTVIEW, 48.7 FT (14.8 M) NORTH FROM THE NORTH RAIL, 24.0 FT (7.3 M) EAST FROM THE CENTER OF THE ROAD, AND EAST OF A STONE FENCE.

Eastview station is gone, it would have been at the southwest corner of the grade crossing. The railroad is gone. The USGS topographical representation of this BM is wrong. The mark is on the southwest corner of a residential property (the northeast corner of the grade crossing) at 46 Jacquith Road, and is easy to spot from the road. Revisions for both NGS and NHDOT datasheet descriptions are pending.
Both NHDOT and NGS datasheets can be accessed at the links below.
