This trig point is just on the parish boundary between Tiptree CP and Messing-cum-Inworth CP to the west of Theobald's Farm. It's in good condition and carries a flush bracket with the number S3857, is listed as being near New Barn, which is in Wind Mill Lane. At 68.8708m above the Newlyn Datum level it was last verified and levelled in 1962.
