A notice in the kiosk says that BT want to hand over responsibility for it to someone else as the number of calls does not warrant them keeping it running. A shame, but the way of the world in this age of mobile 'phone communications.

As can be seen from the photos it's in excellent condition, newly painted - even the crowns are gold - but it does tilt slightly.
