Nancy Ferguson Ott - Out of Place Graves on Waymarking.com

As you travel Highway 9 to or from Springdale and the southwest entrance to Zion Nation Park you suddenly encounter what appears to be a roadside historical marker. On future investigation you discover that this is the grave site of one of the original pioneer women who came into the valley in 1848 and apparently died here 15 years later at the ripe old age of 41.
