Somewhat of a landmark in Manchester, Julien's is a great gathering place for breakfast. They also serve lunch, but are not open in the evening. President Obama ate here in 2011 on one of his visits to Manchester.

Partly because of it's convenient location downtown, but also because of its good food and cozy atmosphere, this was a regular breakfast meeting place for a group of us. You've got to like red and white roosters, I guess, but the breakfasts are down home and reasonably priced. (Haven't tried the lunch menu).
Julien's was highlighted in the Obama Foodorama as one of the places he stopped in November 2011 before speaking at Manchester Central High School.
