The Kolob Canyons area in the higher elevations of the northwest corner of Zion National Park presents spectacular views of many different layers of rock that have been eroded into fantastic formations. This display and the accompanying unique special samples allow the casual visitor to obtain a much more informative view into the scenery that they are enjoying on their visit.
