This is a two-story buff-colored brick building in the Commercial style, constructed in 1922. It is currently occupied by Cansler, Burke & McGugin, an insurance agency.
The second floor has a pair of windows at the center, with a single window to either side. All windows have fixed, 24-pane glass panels, with slip sills and soldier brick lintels. There are small metal grills at each of the sills. Above the windows, two panels have been formed by use of darker brick borders. A dark brick band also runs across the stepped parapet wall.
A metal belt course runs between the first and second floor, with the business name mounted just below. The clerestories are covered and the first floor exterior walls is covered with an EIFS-type material (synthetic stucco). A cloth awning covers the complete storefront. An single aluminum and glass entry door on the right leads to the upper floor. The ground floor entry on the left is recessed and consists of a single aluminum and glass door with sidelight and overlight. The large display window is multi-paned.
