The project is located in the City of Casa Grande's North Mountain Park that is open between about 8am and 8pm daily. The sign at the location was done as an Eagle Scout project by a Zachary Hillman of Troop 964, and was completed in November 2011.
The previous sign had been vandalized and was in need of replacement. The Scout did the work to get the necessary individuals with the right skills to get the sign built. Many scouts and adults helped with the project to make a wonderful sign.
