In the entrance area of the doorway into the Convention Center in downtown Phoenix, AZ is a display of public art consisting of three large, colorful mosaics collectively titles "The Earth Dreaming" by Isaiah Zagar. This collective set of mosaics are a project of the Percent for Art project sponsored by the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture and the City of Phoenix. Each mosaic is multicolored with assorted pieces of pottery, plates, tiles, mirror, and glass. The largest mosaic is on the right side, facing the doorway. Two smaller mosaics are on the left side. The larger of these two on the left has a ceramic tile on which there are several symbolic figures drawn, one of which is a representation of the humpedbacked, flute playing Kokopelli figure. This tile is cream colored with brown drawings, and is imbedded at an angle. There are other sybolic and artistic pieces also imbedded in the overall mosaic, but this is the only one of a kokopelli character. The overall collection of the three large mosaics was installed in 2008 by the artist and is titled "The Earth Dreaming." The title plate is on the column near the entrace doorway.
