Glen Maury Park has an elevated "Double Decker" picnic pavilion which offers a "good view" of Buena Vista down in the river valley. The elevation difference is only just over 100', but you can figure out the streets and key places in the city. You can drive up to the pavilion, thus the low terrain rating.

Buena Vista is a small city of 6,650 located in the Blue Ridge Mountains along the Maury River. Government and Modine Manufacturing Company are the primary employers. A comprehensive plan was recently updated for the community. plan
