26.5 km (16.5 mi) west from Santa Clara.
26.5 km (16.55 mi) west along Old US Highway 91 from the Church of Latter Day Saints in Santa Clara, 2.3 km (1.45 mi) southwest of Utah Hill Summit, in the northeast corner of the T junction of a track road leading north, 17.5 meters (57.5 ft) north of the highway centerline, 10.6 meters (35 ft) east of the center of the road, 7.9 meters (26 ft) east of the east gate post for a wire gate, 0.5 meter (1.7 ft) south of the right of way fence. The mark is 0.3 meters south from a witness post. The mark is above level with the highway.
