Described by National Geodetic Survey 1982.

27.4 km (17.1 mi) west from Santa Clara.
27.45 km (17.15 mi) west along Old US Highway 91 from the Church of Latter Day Saints in Santa Clara, in the top center of a 1 by 1 foot flat top shelf 3 feet above the base of a short low granite bedrock cut, 3.85 km (2.4 mi) north of the south end of Castle Cliff, 3.25 km (2.05 mi) southwest of Utah Hill Summit, 5.2 meters (17 ft) northwest of the highway centerline, 40.2 meters (132 ft) northeast of the northwest end of an 18 inch corrugated metal pipe culvert, 33.4 meters (109.5 ft) southwest of the southwest end of the northwest headwall for a 2 by 4 foot box culvert, 14.0 meters (46 ft) southwest of the northeast end of the rock cut. The mark is 0.6 meters southwest from a witness post. The mark is 0.8 m above the highway.
