Described by National Geodetic Survey 1982.

32.5 km (20.3 mi) northeast from Mesquite NV.
0.55 km (0.35 mi) north along Hillside Road from the post office in Mesquite, thence 32.0 km (20.0 mi) northeast along Old US Highway 91, 3.4 km (2.1 mi) north of the Utah-Arizona state line, 0.3 km (0.2 mi) north of milepost 2, at an offset in the southeast right of way fence, 13.5 meters (44.5 ft) southeast of the highway centerline, 7.3 meters (24 ft) southwest of the northwest fence corner of the offset, 0.6 meters (2 ft) northwest of the right of way fence. The mark is 0.6 meters west from a witness post. The mark is above level with the highway.
