The depicted highly decorated Baroque doors you can find on the front facade of early-Baroque pilgrim church of St. Isidor (poutní kostel Sv. Izidora) located near village Budenice-Jerpice in Central Bohemia.

The church was built in 1680–1682 by sheriff of Slaný county, Matej Ondrej Hartman of Klarštejn. The author of this small jewel of early-Baroque style is probably prominent architect of French origin - Jean Baptiste Mathey.
