Small gabled roof log building with high window placement for interior lighting and privacy. The log building was built during the 1934 to 1939 period by either the Public Works Administration or the Civilian Conservation Corps for the National Park Service. The building was originally built farther south closer to the Jenny Lake Ranger Station but was moved to this location in the early 1960s.Building was place on the National Register on April 23, 1990.
