William W. Foley Memorial Bench - Yough River Park - Connellsville, Pennsylvania

This bench was placed here in Yough River Park in late 2003 and is dedicated to the memory of William W. Foley, who believed in conserving the Youghiogheny River of pollutants. This bench was placed by the Connellsville Municipal Authority.
