This building is a two-story brick building, painted tan with rust trim. It was constructed in 1906 in the Commercial/Late Victorian style. It is currently occupied as additional space for B & J Appliance located at 210. The second floor appears to be vacant, or used for some storage.
The upper floor has two sets of paired 2/2 double hung windows, with metal framing. The sills are missing, and the liintels are arched using three rows of sailor bricks. The upper wall, like the building to the west, has a row of brick dentils and a row of raised brick crosses. The parapet is flat.
An exposed steel lintel supports the upper floor. The clerestories are present, but are covered. The storefront has a recessed and tiled single entry on the west side. There is an aluminum and glass door with a metal screen above. Three display windows are to the east, with wood kickplates.
This building is Item 33 on the District nomination.
