This is a two-story painted brick building in the Commercial/Late Victorian style, which was constructed in 1906. It is almost identical to the three buildings to the east.
The second floor has two window openings for paired windows, however, they are now shuttered. The window area has stone sills and arched lintels formed by three rows of sailor bricks. The parapet has a row of dentils and three rows of brick, with stone coping. A row of raised brick crosses are located at the base of the parapet wall.
The clerestories are covered by metal paneling. The storefront entry is located slightly off-center in an angled wall. The door is aluminum and glass with sidelights and an overlight. The display windows to each side also have overlights.
This building is occupied by For You, a women's boutique. The building is Item 31 on the District nomination.
