Swami is located in the back of the dining area near the washrooms. He is a black-bearded fellow, with a red shirt and garish vest and cravat, and he sports a gold turban. In front of him is a crystal ball, like most of the other fortune telling machines.
When you deposit a dollar, you will hear Swami relay your fortunes audibly. He does go on for at least a minute to tell you what your fortune will be.
