The park is a new park, and the paths are in beautiful shape. A stairway goes from bottom to top, with viewing stations at the top , bottom and middle. A small ranger station at the top has a drinking fountain, and bathrooms.
Mr. Globetrotter swam behind the falls, so it is possible, but I think the sign said no swimming.
