Die Uhr hat ein weisses Ziffernblatt mit schwarzen römischen Zahlen und goldenen Zeigern. In einem Quadrat rund um das Ziffernblatt befinden sich goldene Ornamente auf rotem Grund.
"Schon 1742 bestand der Plan zum Bau einer neuen Kirche in Mitterweerberg. Erst mehr als ein Jahrhundert später konnte man mit dem Werk nach Plänen von Diözesanbaumeister Josef von Stadl beginnen. Der Plan sah eine Kirche im neuromanischen Stil als dreischiffige Basilika mit zwei Fassadentürmen vor. Die Mittel für den Neubau sammelte Kurat Kirchner innerhalb kürzester Zeit, sodass bereits 1866 die provisorische Weihe erfolgen konnte. Die feierliche Einweihung nahm Fürstbischof Gasser am Fronleichnamstag des Jahres 1872 vor. Zum Andenken an das kurz vor dem Kirchenbau verkündete Dogma von der Unbefleckten Empfängnis Mariä und an die Marienerscheinung im französischen Wallfahrtsort Lourdes wurde die neue Kirche der Unbefleckten Empfängnis geweiht.
Die beiden, die Hauptportalzone der im neuromanischen Basilikastil erbauten Pfarrkirche flankierenden Fassadentürmen blicken nach Norden in Richtung Inntal. Die Pyramidenhelmtürme sind in Ornamente mit glasierten Ziegeln gedeckt. Das W-Portal stammt noch von der alten Petruskirche des 16. Jahrhunderts. Die Apsis schließt nach außen halbrund ab. An der SW-Seite der Kirche befindet sich das Kriegerdenkmal mit dem Fresko des Schwazers Toni Kirchmair.
Die Pfarrkirche zur Unbefleckten Empfängnis Mariä wurde 1992/93 einer Außenrenovierung unterzogen.
Durch das Hauptportal gelangt man in eine Vorhalle unter der Chorempore. Dieser Bereich wird von einem Tongewölbe abgeschlossen. Das 3-jochige Hauptschiff trägt ein Kreuzrippengewölbe, der Chor ein Fächergewölbe. Die Ausstattung ist durchgehend nazarenisch und neuromanisch. Die Fresken von Prof. Philipp Schumacher aus Innsbruck und dem Schwazer Franz Ertl sind ein durchgehender Hymnus an die Gottesmutter. Der freistehende neuromanische Hochaltar birgt im vergoldeten Schrein, in einer Mensa, die Reliquien der Hl. Märtyrerin Aurelia.
2004 wurde die Kirche innen restauriert. Dabei wurde unter anderem der Fußboden erneuert, die Orgelempore erweitert und ein neuer Volksaltar geschaffen. Der Weerberger Künstler Franz Knapp wurde beauftragt eine neue Pieta zu schaffen." - Quelle: (
