This is a WW I memorial at the Sülchenfriedhof, a cementery, near to Rottenburg, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

The memorial is dedicated to the inhabitants of the city of Rottenburg who have been killed during WW I.

It's a huge cross made of stone with the inscription:
Die dankbare Stadt ihren toten Helden.
(The grateful city of their dead heroes.)

There are also several graves of killed soldiers.
