This is an impressive building, constructed shortly after Oklahoma statehood.

This is a three-story painted brick building, constructed in 1910 in the Commercial/Late Victorian style. It is quite decorative.
The second and third levels have four brick pilasters which divide the building into three bays. The pilasters have bases at the second floor window sill level, and they rise to above the third floor window lintels. They are channeled and give the building a distinct vertical look. Each bay has a single 6/1 metal and wood framed double hung window on each upper level. There are stone sills and wide lintels with decorative keystones.
Brick arches above the third story windows stretch from the caps of each pilaster. A small brick cross is formed above each pilaster. The parapet is flat, with a row of corbelled brick just below.
The storefront has a centered, recessed single aluminum and glass entry door with sidelights and overlight. Display windows flank the entry with Masonite-like paneling for kickplates. The clerestories are covered with an arched cloth awning.
The building is occupied on the ground floor by The T-Shirt Store. The upper floors have curtained windows but their occupancy could not be determined. This building is Item 26 on the District nomination.
