This building is a one-story painted brick building in the Commercial-Late Victorian style. It was constructed in 1901 and was once a two-story building. On the left side of the storefront, there is an obsolete wood door with glass panes which once led to the upper story.

Brick pilasters frame the facade and the plain parapet is supported by a steel lintel and finished with metal flashing. The original clerestories have been covered with narrow wood boarding.

The storefront has a single aluminum and glass entry door with a small overlight and is slightly recessed with a tile entry. To the left of the entry is a single display window. To the right there are two display windows, plus another around the corner on the north side of the building.

The building is occupied as Holden Art & Law and is Item 18 on the District nomination.
