Running north-south between 303 and 323 W. Broadway is a narrow parking lot which is included as part of the Historic District. According to the Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps, this parking lot has been extant since before 1947.
The surface of the parking lot is concrete. Two north-south drives access the lot. The entrance on the west side is southbound only, with the exit on the east northbound only. On the east, a row of parking spaces face 303, the former Masonic Temple. On the west, a row of spaces face 323. In the center of the lot, two rows of spaces face each other. All parking spaces are perpendicular to the drives, with no angled parking spaces.
A nicely landscaped shrub garden is located at the curb on the north side of the lot. This property is Item 83 on the District nomination.
