This is a two-story painted brick building, constructed in 1917 in the Commercial style. It is currently occupied by an abstract closing company.
The second floor has three single 2/2 metal framed double hung windows. A diamond formed with raised bricks is located above each window. On the upper wall, a belt course of outwardly stepped bricks form the cornice, and raised and recessed bricks form two small and one large panel. The parapet is stepped in three levels, with the highest at the center. The words "CLOSING OFFICE" are painted above the entrance to look like an attached metal tag.
The entrance is centered and slightly recessed. The entry door is metal and glass, with a sidelight to either side, and an overlight above. Three windows are wrapped around to the entrance. Two single fixed windows flank the entrance. The transom area has been covered over. Above te entrance is an angled metal awning.
