This is a building that has seen the community grow. It was built on a high point as a two-story building. The entrance is upstairs, literally.

It has a well loved hardwood floor. A handicapped ramp has been built to a side door. There is a small room for the Fair Oaks Historical Society. The main area has a stage and a lovely pipe organ hidden in the wings. The American Theater Organ Society has meetings and programs here. There is a partially mirrowed wall and ballet bar? Yoga and exercise classes have met here. A square dance club meets here. Possibly Scout groups hare. Outside is a band shell (that needed some restoration). There is a kitchen in one corner of the upper floor.
There are several of the dated markers in the parking area (below the wall) and around by the bandshell.
