A zinc tablet mounted on a single zinc plinth. The front and back contain symbols, epitaphs and dedications. The headstone is about 2 feet high.

1881 census lists Charles WALLACE age 27, wife Alice age 26 and daughter Flora, age 4. A fourth member listed as Fredrick WALLACE age 23 may be a brother. They were living in Ward 5, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
1901 census Halifax Ward 5 lists Charles WALLACE b. Oct 8, 1854, Alice H. WALLACE b. Nov 26, 1855. He was a shoemaker. Also living in the household was a neice, Ethel MCWOGEEN, b. Apr 25, 1888, age 12. Perhaps a typo for MCQUEEN or MCQGUIGAN.

In 1844 Camp Hill Cemetery on Robie Street in the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Camp Hill Cemetery replaced the Old Burying Ground at Barrington Street and Spring Garden Road in 1844 although it was established a bit earlier in 1749. Originally run by private company, the cemetery is now owned and administered by the Halifax Regional Municipality
