This large circular fountain is located in the center of a traffic circle leading to the Lomas de Agua Caliente neighborhood in Tijuana. The huge fountain has two elevated basins which spill out into a large pool. The circumference of the fountain is covered in blue tile and is fashioned in such a way as to form a bench which completely encircles the fountain. This neighborhood is adjacent to the Caliente racetrack and casino. The Chinese consulate is nearby.
