Adjacent to this mall is the former Aguas Caliente racetrack. "Hippodromo" means horsetrack in Spanish...but, the site also had and still has greyhound races. Horse racing has been discontinued, but the site is now a casino. This new site, though separate from the Aguas Caliente Casino, seems to be an adjunct casino. The mall is new and Google maps still shows it under construction. The mall's website has a webpage for the casino...but no additional information- (
