Die ehemalige Ursulinenkirche in Innsbruck steht am Innrain.
Der Schwesternorden der Ursulinen wurde im Jahr 1691 auf Betreiben des Grafen Hieronymus Bernhard Ferrari d'Occhieppo nach Innsbruck berufen und hat sich hier von Anfang an als erste und lange Zeit einzige Institution dem Mädchenunterricht gewidmet. 1700-1705 konnten die Schwestern hier an Stelle der alten Hechtenburg durch Johann Martin Gumpp den Älteren ihren ersten Kloster- und Schulneubau errichten lassen.
Um ihren Schülerinnen jedoch auch heute eine moderne Schule bieten zu können, haben die Schwestern um 1971/1979 ihr altes Heim verkauft und im Westen der Stadt einen Neubau erstellt. In ihrem Inneren enthält die ehemalige Kirche seit 1985 die Raiffeisensäle, die für verschiedene Veranstaltungen zur Verfügung stehen.
