A wooden plaque on the wall of a small chapel set to the front left side of the church aisle.
Plaque reads -
"This chapel is dedicated in pride & gratitude to those
SONS of CONISBROUGH who laid down their lives for the
cause of Freedom & in defence of this REALM. 1939-1945.
praise be to GOD"

Church is open during the day with a visitors book just inside.
