These bicycles are tended literally. There is a person watching in a small station from early morning until 11 p.m. weekdays. Because they are stationed in the loop created by the ramp onto the bicycle & pedestrian bridge, they are well supervised.

There is no charge to use the space. Nearby are standard bicycle lockers that fussy folks can rent by the month, for overnight use (if they commute and want a bike on campus)? I took the photo after 3 p.m. No one is allowed to lock onto the fencing. The battery of the camera failed here. Bike repairs are also available on campus by students for fee.
This area is at the west end of the Guy West bridge.
There is another area by the dormitories.
Five rows or more times 20 equal one of the largest I have seen except maybe DisneyWorld.
TYPE: Other (describe below)
OTHER: Ginormous? and unique because it is corraled by the on ramp that spirals around it from the south. An S curve.
Restrooms would be at the Student Union, library, or near classrooms. Ditto drinking water. The levee is part of the bike path.
2 -3 below.
AMMENITIES: Dedicated bike paths
NEARBY: School
OTHER (What else is nearby?): library, bookstore, activities on campus, American River
How much do you pay for gasoline?: 4.00 (listed in local currency)
Did you ride your bike to get here?: No
IF NO, WHY NOT? (just kidding): too much to carry,
