This viewing garden is on the north side of the university library.
It can be viewed (even when the library is closed) from the bridging ramp to the main entrance. It is part of a dedicated tearoom on the lower level of the library.

There is no fee. It is a small, but complete garden set at the bottom of a side hill. It was dedicated in 2004. It includes a gate, a covered waiting bench, stepping stones to the library doors that open into the tearoom (these are covered), and a spring water pipe to purify the hands and mouth.
It was traditional for guests to meditate, one at a time, on the waiting bench.
The campus has paid student parking. Even a visitor pass does not guarantee a parking space. It is a busy campus.
I walked in from H St. (about one mile each way?)
