This is at the entrance to the Folsom City Park (Rodeo grouds), zoo,
and community hall. It is also the entrance to the new city library.

There are playgrounds, picnic areas, and ballfields here. A small train runs on weekends. The rodeo grounds (over 4th of July) is also the site of fireworks displays.
