The weathervane is made of iron and depicts a sailing caravel on the water with a trident acting as arrow to point the wind direction. Underneath, an armillary sphere, one of the symbols created by King Manuel I during the age of discoveries and one of Portugal symbols, today. It´s placed on the top of the building.
