This car parts fisherman has found a seat just outside Wiggin's Trading Post. His arms and legs are shock absorbers. He has a bowling ball head with a hub cap for a hat. I can't tell what his body is, but it has some sort of guage on his chest. He has got one huge fishing pole and appears to be quite good at it, with a big fish on the line.
Wiggin's Trading Post is at the gateway to Frenchman Reservoir and has everything you need for your trip to the lake - even worms!
