Leamington First Baptist Church was organized in March 1875 and situated in the former Mersea Township near the corner of the Seventh Concession and Albuna Townline. In 1879 a new church was established and built at the corner of Talbot and Fox Streets in the Village of Leamington where the recent church is now situated.(1922)
