Porto Monarchic Coat of Arms in the Monument to the Battle of Ourique (1139).

The Monarhic coat or arms of porto is a shield divided in 4. On the upper left and lower right we can see the royal arms. The 5 shields of Portugal and the 7 castles. On the lower left and the upper right, the arms of Porto almost as they are today, a shield with a golden castle, consisting of a wall with battlements and flanked by two embattled towers. Over the door, and resting on a corbel of gold, the image of the Virgin with crown on her head holding the mantle, with the Infant Jesus in her arms. On the top of the toowers, two arms with swords.
In the middle of the 4 shields, a heart, probably the heart of Jesus.

This particular coat of arms is composed only by the shield. It´s the monarchy Coat of arms of Lisbon. It´s part of the Monument to the Battle of Ourique when the forces of Portuguese Prince Afonso Henriques (of the House of Burgundy) defeat the Almoravid Moors led by Ali ibn Yusuf. The Coat of arms is placed on the floor. Tere are 2 coat of arms in each of the 4 corners of the monument (See pictures).
