"Die auf dem erdfarbenen Putz aufgebrachten und in Blautönen gehaltenen Mosaiken des Münchner Künstler Julius Diez bestimmen die Felder zwischen den Fenstern des Obergeschosses. Neben Brunnen, Fontänen, Äskulapschlangen, Seepferdchen und Fische, deren Motive sich um das gesamte Gebäude platzieren, sind auf der dem Kurpark zugewandten Seite als Allegorien jene Elemente zu sehen, deren Heilkraft auch die natürlichen Bad Reichenhaller Kurmittel bestimmen: IGNIS (Feuer), LUX (Licht), AQUA (Wasser), TERRA (Erde), SOL (Sonne) und AER (Luft). Den pompösen Eingangsbereich mit seinen schweren kupfernen Türen und Gewänden aus Ruhpoldinger Marmor flankieren zwei menschliche Akte, Kraft und Schönheit versinnbildlichend."
