In Redmond from the intersection with US97, travel generally SE on SW Airport Way for about 0.2 miles. Turn right on SW 19th Street and continue roughly 0.8 miles. Walk S cross-country for 0.2 mile to the quarter corner.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on stainless steel post

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is surrounded by a ring of lava rocks and is marked with a white paddle board. There are four bearing trees, each with a nail and washer stamped LS1652 [Robert Povey]. The quarter corner is about 40 feet E of a rock crib fence post and about 40 feet NNW from a 5/8" rod driven nearly flush with the ground. There is paneling material anchored at the rod suggesting it had been used in an aerial survey.

What property is this mark defining?:
The cap was set in 2006 during a US Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management Dependent Resurvey over a portion of Section 32, Township 15 South, Range 13 East.
