The cap is located at the northeast corner of Lot 10, Block 4, about 25 feet northwest of the center line of Drake Road and about 6 feet northwest of a powerpole. The cap was set in a square concrete post by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey in 1942 and was marked A371.

DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 IN BEND. IN THE WEST PART OF BEND ALONG DRAKE ROAD AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK 4, AT HOUSE NUMBER 1426, WHICH IS OWNED AND OCCUPIED BY MR. PHIL BROGAN. THE MONUMENT IS 200 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF NASHVILLE AVE., 25 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER OF DRAKE ROAD AND 1 FOOT EAST OF A WHITE BOARD FENCE. THE MONUMENT PROJECTS 10 INCHES.
