This station, a USGS standard bench mark disk, is located in Peterborough, NH. Located in the town center, it is set in the east end of the north wall of the Town Hall building. The NHDOT datasheet description is as follows:

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN PETERBOROUGH, AT THE TOWN HALL.THE STATION IS A STANDARD USGS DISK STAMPED--744 P--, SET VERTICALLY INTO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE TOWN HALL. 25.0 FT (7.6 M) SOUTHWEST FROM THE GRANITE CURB ON MAIN STREET, 20.0 FT (6.1 M) WEST FROM A FLAG POLE, 8.0 FT (2.4 M) ABOVE THE PORCH, 5.0 FT (1.5 M) ABOVE THE BRICK WALL, AND 0.6 FT (18.3 CM) WEST FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH FACE OF THE TOWN HALL.

Set 8-ft up from the walkway, it is inaccessible without a step ladder of other means. A closeup photo was impossible, so I zoomed in on it as best as I could. Admittedly, this is the first experience I had with a mark set this high up on a structure.
