The artist is unknown and the display of a country scene does change from time to time. went past the other day and a boat has been added.
This is only an example of what would be in the category and the description would be along the lines of the following.
This display was put in place by the land owner and has been in place since 2008 at least. The display has changed over time the man standing often can be seen with the bottle of beer in hand and the clothes are often replaced.
The display may have been in the location longer as it has only been since 2008 that I have made regular trips along this stretch of road.
