The final resting place of little Otis Long is in the northeast corner of Athens Cemetery. Athens is just below the far southwest corner of the Ouachita National Forest, in west Arkansas.
Otis' years of birth and death, along with his name and parents' name is etched into an approx. 8 in. X 15 in. rock in a grassy area.
His headstone reads:
