While the building is in bankruptcy, the artwork is still fantastic.

I was unable to find any details about this art installation, but the work is wonderful. The installation consists of a large wall with rectangular holes that is painted a vibrant red. There is a 8' tall 'origami' style column painted white. The entrance to the building is an unusual rounded 'cylinder' feature that is blue. The piece is completed with a terraced, triangular fountain on the other side fo the entrance walkway. The installation includes a terraced fountain, but it was not running since it is winter and the building is in bankruptcy proceedings.
