Really nice abstract located at the artists own hair salon and studio gallery. At the spa/gallery, you can purchase selected work of art from the artist. This piece is standing between two buildings in a small court yard. It is a peaceful setting, although it was rather difficult to locate.
It is a tall piece I would guess 8 feet tall, in great condition looked like it is well maintained regularly.. The description from the Smithsonian web page states
Non-objective vertical sculpture of alternating bands of white stone, with U-shaped side steel pieces, painted black; and topped by a circular steel piece.
