Quick Description: This pull-off is only accessible from eastbound I-70 just prior to the Georgetown exit.

This marker explores the history of the mining area of Silver Plume and Georgetown as well as the famous Georgetown Loop Railroad Train. This pull-off also allows for viewing of the train and (if you are lucky) bighorn sheep during the temperate months.
